I love TV.
I was born in the wrong era. I think I would’ve done much better in the 1920’s or 1940’s because I am obsessed with the Big Band era and Golden Age of Hollywood.
If I do what I love, will I still love it? This is my contradiction. If I did what I loved as a job, I think I would stop loving it for the mere fact that I was doing it for a living. Because no job that I have ever had have I loved. And nothing I have loved ever came with a cash back bonus. So therein lies the predicament.
I am first and foremost a student of human nature…I find life motivations fascinating…I could people watch for hours on end, and then go home and write a novel about it all night…which may explain my lack of a social life…
I am obsessed with the History Channel, especially Digging for the Truth and MegaDisaters, which is hilarious because I hated both my history classes and my Earthquake class.
I have a weakness for Baskin/Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. Have been known to eat half the carton in one sitting.
I want to own a theatre company so my actress sister will always have a place to perform.
I eat marshmallows out of the bag.
I love hooded sweatshirts.
I have brown eyes.
I am not a bar bunny nor do I aspire to be one.
I am over analytical and contradictory.
I am a hopelessly cynical romantic.
I love sports and I also love musicals.
I have way too many interests to focus on one.
I aspire to be great at everything, even though I end up mediocre at a lot of things.
I have an Emmy.
I went to horse camp and I miss it.
I love hot chocolate.
Like your style! I’m adding you to my bloglist (if ya don’t mind!)
P.S. I work in t.v., so I’m not quite as enamored. However I do enjoy your writing!
Hey! I just moved to Chicago and oh so much want to join the Blue Ribbon Glee Club– but I can’t figure out how? Any hints? Thanks-
